Such a fun neighborhood bar filled with friendly people, fun atmosphere, and amazing drinks! Went out to celebrate a friend and ended up at Caroline Tavern for drinks. They have great music jukebox (AMI), pool, pinball, and even a breathalyzer! If you are looking for a welcoming neighborhood bar - come on in!

There is no regular menu for food is the only downside to this unique long standing Seattle Tavern. Food at special events only and it is good when they have it. Pool is popular here. There is also a dartboard & a jukebox. Music is always playing along with the click of poolballs. The waitstaff knows how to handle a crowd. They are FAST & accurrate. I was very impressed. The vibe here is calm and cheerful. The crowd is also delightfully diverse. Oh there is a covered patio out back to enjoy. Day drinking is popular here, especially during rush hour for an escape. A nice little neighborhood bar that's tucked away just off the main drag. One of the few reasonably priced options left open in the area. You'll see a lot of long time locals there which is obviously a good thing. Would def recommend if you're in the area and looking for a drink.

One of the most wholesome bars around. Lots of old folks who are a bit rough but super friendly. I’ll come back and play pool.

Cheap, cheap drinks. Good atmosphere, pool table, nice people. What more could you ask for in a neighborhood dive bar? It certainly has phases through the day. Late morning, regulars, the crowd skews older and blue collar purple getting off early. Early afternoon is locals playing pool, more workers coming in for drinks and snacks. Evening it skews younger. And can get a bit wilf. But not biker bar wild.

The Caroline is one of the best old-school dives in Seattle--not just North Seattle, but the whole city. Great bartenders, solid food, strong and appropriately priced drinks, and a pool table that, although it often feels more like playing minigolf than billiards, is free and contested by a friendly, open group of regulars. There's also a lovely covered patio out back. And they're dog-friendly. And there's a whole dang parking lot, just for you. Sometimes they'll put up a sign saying "We won't be open until 10am on Thursday, we apologize for the inconvenience." Look, just go check this place out. It's a gem.

Fun divey bar. We had a few shots here and they were a reasonable price. They had pinball, pool, and a jukebox. This place would be a great one to put the night away.
